Products that Give Back

Today I want to tell you about one of my favorite movements in the branding world; give back products.

Give back products.

Manufacturers are partnering with great non-profits and programs to donate a portion of sales for every item purchased to support great work. So, when you choose an awesome product for your branding campaign you will also be supporting a good cause. The product packaging often shares a message about the cause so your recipients will also learn more about the work being done by that group.

Here are a few examples:

Shelter to Soldier is a nonprofit that adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to be psychiatric service dogs for combat veterans. I’m really excited about this partnership because it helps both shelter dogs and military members suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and psychological injuries. The drinkware in this line have beautiful design, a great price point, and support such important work.

A percentage of each product sale is donated with a minimum annual donation of $100,000. The products are great quality and have a nice selection of colors and styles.
